We are looking for fun, friendly and motivated individuals that have a passion for dance/fitness and empowering others!!

Burlesque fitness is an ever growing Fitness trend giving women a place to not only get fit, but be themselves, build confidence and feel amazing. Twisted Belles Burlesque was founded by Myself (Sarah AKA Lulu Estrella) just over 2 years ago and continues to go from strength to strength.

I decided to go it alone after 4 years with another burlesque themed fitness company, this allowed me to grow with no restrictions and really focus on what I felt passionate about, helping others to embrace their bodies and build their confidence.
After experiencing abuse, control and several knocks to my confidence in life and relationships I wanted to give women a place to feel free, be themselves and not worry about not fitting in. Dance has so many benefits and mixed with the cheeky burlesque twist it helps you to embrace your body, shape, and abilities.
while getting you fitter and injecting you with confidence!!

TBB started in my home town with just two classes a week, we now have 8 instructors based allover Yorkshire and the UK 🇬🇧
Now after a short break in recruiting we’re ready to recruit again and are looking for amazing individuals to join our team!

our courses are available both face to face and online and start from just £100 !!!!!
there are no qualifications needed, just a passion for dance, helping others and a basic fitness level! All training will be given and you will be supported all the way by our team,

Choreography is supplied to you every month so all you have to do is learn it, perfect it, boss it and you’re good to go 😉
